Our team is able to take a collection of your photos, images and videos of your loved one and in a beautiful montage we create a beautiful QR code plaque that can be stuck on the headstone / Tombstone.

This QR code can then be scanned by anyone and the memory that you have created can be seen for all of time.

You can include a written eulogy/poem/verse or even voice messages in your memory. Choose between the Platinum Tribute or Eternal Remembrance and then get your order ready for delivery.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a link requesting you to send a maximum of 30 photos, 1 voice note, 1 verse and a maximum of 2 small videos so that our team can start to create a memory for you.
